Have Coffee With A Gloucester Township Cop Friday

Gloucester Township, NJ -- Friday, Oct. 7, is National Coffee With A Cop Day.

Gloucester Township Police will celebrate at Starbucks at 1490 Blackwood Clementon Road, 11 a.m.-1 p.m.
Residents are invited to voice their concerns, discuss crime prevention or just get to know the men and women patrolling their streets.

Coffee With A Cop started with an idea by the Hawthorne Police Department in California in 2011, and spread to all 50 states, according to coffeewithacop.com.

Gloucester Township Police have held numerous Coffee With A Cop events over the past two years.
