Head-On Crash With Overturned Vehicle Injures 3 In Gloucester Township: Police

GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ — Three people have serious injuries from a head-on crash in Gloucester Township late Tuesday, according to police.

Around 11:55 p.m., Gloucester Township Police responded to the two-vehicle crash on Erial-Blenheim Road. Police found two vehicles with serious damages, and one of the vehicles was overturned with a person trapped inside. Two drivers and one passenger were taken to hospitals with serious injuries.

Police investigation determined the two vehicles collided head on, leading to one vehicle overturning. The crash remains under investigation, but no criminal charges have been placed.

The crash prompted the closure of Erial-Blenheim Road between Church Street and the Black Horse Pike for several hours. Station 84 Blackwood Fire Company, Virtua Paramedics, and Inspira Basic Life Support assisted with the crash response.
