Heavy Flames Rage During House Fire In Camden Co.

The American Red Cross is aiding the victims.

RUNNEMEDE, NJ — Heavy flames emanated from a home Tuesday night in Runnemede.

The fire broke out around 10:20 p.m. at Dettmar Terrace and Ellen Lane in Runnemede. Everyone evacuated before firefighters arrived, and no one was hurt, officials said.

Heavy smoke and flames were visible from down the block in photos the Runnemede Fire Department shared.

Firefighters controlled the blaze in less than 20 minutes, officials said. The American Red Cross is assisting the victims.
