Juniper Communities Announces Nancy Ajayi and Pauline Ricamara Selected for LEVEL UP! Leadership Program

[Sewell, NJ] - Juniper Village at Washington Square is proud to announce that Nancy Ajayi, Wellness Director and Pauline Ricamara, Dining Director have been selected to participate in Juniper Communities’ LEVEL UP! Academy, a two-year leadership development program designed to support high-performing associates as they grow into future leadership roles within the organization.

Launched in 2024, LEVEL UP! Academy brings together associates from across Juniper Communities for immersive learning, mentorship, and hands-on leadership development. Participants are nominated by community and executive leadership based on performance, commitment, and potential.

As members of the Juniper Village at Washington Square team, Nancy and Pauline play an important role in supporting resident well-being and community culture. Through their work in the wellness and dining departments, they contribute to an environment rooted in connection, collaboration, and purpose. Nancy and Pauline’s selection for the program recognizes their dedication to residents and potential for continued leadership growth.

Dining and engagement professionals are strongly represented in this year’s cohort, highlighting the vital role these teams play in shaping daily life and culture within Juniper communities.
