A Camden man has been arrested and charged in connection with an incident in which a man <a href="https://patch.com/new-jersey/collingswood/man-killed-fatal-shooting-car-crash-prosecutor-0" target="_blank" rel="noopener">died in a shooting and car accident</a> in March.Clarence Green, 23, was charged with one count of first-degree murder in the killing of 18-year-old Rafael Vicente, of Camden.Vicente died after he was shot and his car crashed on the 1200 block of Haddon Avenue at around 8:45 p.m. on Tuesday, March 22.Police responded to the scene, and Vicente was taken to Cooper University Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at about 8:55 p.m.Green is currently incarcerated in state prison on a parole violation.
