Man Fatally Shot, Found In Vehicle In Camden: Prosecutor
Police responded to a reported crash. Inside the vehicle, they found a man suffering gunshot wounds, authorities said.
CAMDEN, NJ — Police responded to a reported crash Saturday night in Camden. Inside the vehicle, they found a man suffering gunshot wounds that became fatal, according to the Camden County Prosecutor's Office (CCPO).
Officers responded in reference to a vehicle crashing into a pole at about 11:45 p.m. on Norris Street and Landsdowne Avenue. They found a man in the vehicle — later identified as Alberto DeJesus — who had been shot, the CCPO said.
DeJesus, 31, of Camden, was pronounced dead at 11:54 p.m.
