Man Touched His Genitals in Front of Teens: GTPD

Gloucester Township Police are asking residents to be on the lookout for a man who was allegedly touching himself while in the presence of teenagers Monday night.

The teenagers told police they were walking in the area of Redbud Drive and Larkspur Circle around 8:35 p.m. Monday night when a man pulled up next to them in a car and asked them where a store was.

One of the teenagers said when they approached the car, the man appeared to be touching his own genitals. The teenager then backed away, and the driver left on Redbud Drive and was seen making a right onto Berlin-Cross Keys Road.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male between 20 and 40 years of age with short, curly black hair. He was wearing pants and a bluish/grey t-shirt. The vehicle is described as black, sport type pickup truck with a small cab and tinted windows. The make, model and registration are unknown.
