More Results Are In: How Did 38K Mail-In Ballots Impact Gloucester Township School Board Races?
Provisional ballots remain uncounted, and results are unofficial until they are certified by the county clerk.

Gloucester Township, NJ -- The end result of the two Board of Education elections in Gloucester Township remained the same, but the vote totals increased drastically after the mail-in ballot results were posted on camdencounty.com Thursday morning.
Tracey Lynch, Joseph Angeloni, and Jennifer O'Donnell were all elected to the local Gloucester Township Board of Education on Tuesday night, according to the unofficial results posted on the county’s website.
Lynch’s total increased from 4,657 to 5,742. Angeloni’s total increased from 3,993 to 5,054, and O’Donnell’s tally jumped from 3,978 to 5,134.

There were 13 total candidates in this year’s local school board race.
Kevin McElroy won the Gloucester Township seat on the Black Horse Pike Regional School District with 10,960 votes. Before the mail-in ballots were counted, he had 8,899 votes.

He defeated Charles W. Pildis, II, who had 5,871 votes after mail-on ballots were counted, up from 4,709.
Provisional ballots remain uncounted, and results should be available next week, according to the Camden County Board of Elections.
Counting of the mail-in ballots wrapped up late Wednesday night, as there were 38,894 mail-ins countywide during this year’s campaign.
All results remain unofficial until they are certified by the county clerk.
