New Charges For Man Accused Of Spying In Gloucester Twp. Bathroom

Gregory Mahley, 51 of West Deptford, now faces spying charges in Gloucester Township, Middle Township and Gloucester County.

GLOUCESTER COUNTY, NJ — A man accused of secretly recording girls at a middle school in Gloucester Township now faces similar charges in Gloucester County, authorities announced on Tuesday.

Gregory Mahley, 51 of West Deptford, is accused of surreptitiously recording multiple juvenile girls who used bathrooms in multiple locations across the county, according to the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office.

Mahley has been charged with multiple counts of manufacturing child pornography (endangering the welfare of a child), as the result of a joint investigation involving the Gloucester County and Camden County prosecutors’ offices.

Mahley was served with the Gloucester County criminal complaints at the Camden County Correctional Facility without incident on Tuesday. He has been lodged there since he was arrested on Sept. 9, when he was arrested on charges that he set up cameras to record students using the girls' bathroom at Glen Landing Middle School in Gloucester Township.
