GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ - Blackwood-Clementon Road has reopened, Gloucester Township police said late Monday morning. It had been reduced to one lane in the area of Peters Lane for road construction earlier in the day. Police thanked drivers for their cooperation.
