Truck Crash Kills Woman Outside South Jersey McDonald's: Police

Police said a pickup truck driver veered off the road and hit a woman who was stopped by a McDonald's exit Tuesday, causing fatal injuries.

VINELAND, NJ — A woman died after a pickup truck driver went off the road and hit her stopped car near a South Jersey McDonald's on Tuesday morning, police said.

Police said Diana Reyes was in a 2002 Toyota Camry, stopped by the exit of the McDonald's at 306 North Delsea Drive in Vineland.

A driver going northbound on Delsea Drive in a 2022 Ford Ranger veered left around 6:19 a.m., police said. His truck went off the road and hit Reyes' car.

Police said Reyes, 42, of Vineland had fatal injuries and died at the scene.

Vineland Police ask anyone with more information about the crash to contact Officer J. Levari at 856-691-7111, ext. 4942. Police have not filed any charges at this time.
