Police Investigate Fatal Shooting in South Jersey
A Camden man was shot to death in the city on Saturday.

A Camden man was shot to death in the city Saturday afternoon, Camden County Prosecutor Mary Eva Colalillo and Camden County Police Chief Scott Thomson said.
Police found 28-year-old Britton Knox suffering from gunshot wounds on the 1300 block of Browning Street in Camden around 2:23 p.m. while responding to a ShotSpotter activation for multiple gunshots and 911 calls.
He was transported to Cooper University Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at about 2:58 p.m.

The investigation into the shooting is ongoing. No arrests have been made at this time.
