Foot Fetish Yields Charges Against South Jersey Teacher: Report

MANSFIELD, NJ — Edward Del Russo, a social studies teacher at Northern Burlington County High School, faced charges after telling a teenage girl about his foot fetish and threatening to commit suicide if she told anyone, New Jersey 101.5 reported.

Russo, 43, was charged with third-degree child endangerment, fourth-degree cyber-harassment through lewd, indecent or obscene material and fourth-degree abuse by debauching the morals of a child in connection with the incident, the radio station said.
