Sicklerville Man Charged In Burglaries, Underwear Theft: Police
The burglaries occurred in Glassboro, police say.
GLASSBORO – A Sicklerville man was arrested Saturday on charges related to break-ins at two Glassboro homes and the theft of items from them, police said.
Jorge L. Navaheredia, 28, of Sicklerville was charged with three counts of burglary, three counts of criminal trespass, two counts of theft and two counts of harassment, according to a post on Glassboro Police Department’s Facebook page.
Navaheredia was sent to the Salem County Jail pending a detention hearing, police said. It is unclear whether bail was set.

The first incident occured on March 9, police said.
A woman woke about 5 a.m. to find a man in her bedroom, according to officials. After she confronted him, he left but returned a short time later, police said.

The woman and others in the house told police that some of their clothes, shoes and cash were missing, according to the Facebook post.
Police responded to a second house about 6:30 a.m. Saturday, where a woman said she confronted someone inside, police said. She and a roommate locked themselves in their bedrooms while officials entered the home and found a man later identified as Navaheredia and women’s underwear beneath a kitchen sink, police said.
Police searched Navaheredia's vehicle and found women’s clothing, mail belonging to one of the victims and other items taken from the homes, according to the Facebook post.
