South Jersey Man Captured, Charged With Murder in Camden Shooting
Jacob Llera has been charged with first-degree murder in the death of Saadiq Coleman.

A Camden man has been charged with murder in the death of 19-year-old Saadiq Coleman, Camden County Prosecutor Mary Eva Colalillo and Camden County Police Chief Scott Thomson announced Wednesday night.
Jacob Llera, 20, is charged with first-degree murder for allegedly shooting Coleman, of Camden, multiple times in the area of Broadway and Benson Street in Camden shortly before 8:30 p.m. on Sept. 8.
Two Camden County Police officers who were parked in a patrol car near the area heard the shooting just before Coleman began to approach the car. Coleman collapsed before reaching the car, and was pronounced dead at Cooper University Hospital at 11:07 p.m.

Llera was arrested around 4:30 p.m. Wednesday afternoon in the area of 52nd and Market streets in Philadelphia by members of the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) Eastern District of Pennsylvania Violent Crimes Task Force and the Camden Division of the USMS New York/New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force.
He is currently being held in Philadelphia and is awaiting extradition to New Jersey.
