Police Seek 'Suspicious' Man Seen at Highland High School, Around Gloucester Township
The man was seen at the high school, a doctor's office and various other places in the Blackwood section of the township.
The Gloucester Township Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspicious man that was seen at Highland Regional High School on Tuesday.
At around 11:15 a.m., the man was seen looking in classroom windows. He then rang the front door bell and yelled into the intercom system.
School cameras captured him fleeing the scene on a bicycle before police arrived.

At about 11:35 a.m., the same person walked in and out of a doctor’s office waiting room on the Black Horse Pike several times as he was rambling on incoherently.
He also yelled at road construction workers along the Black Horse Pike, and was last seen riding his bicycle southbound.

It is unknown if the male has a diminished mental capacity or was intoxicated.
He is described as a light skinned black male or Hispanic male in his 30’s wearing a yellow “Nike 1972” t-shirt, dark sweat pants with white stripes down the legs. He appears to have light facial hair, and thinning hair on his head.
