Suspicious Vehicle Approached Young Girl In Gloucester Twp.: Cops

GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ — Gloucester Township police are investigating an incident in which a suspicious vehicle approached a juvenile girl on Wednesday.

A man in a minivan approached the girl the area of Kelly Drivers Lane near Millbridge Apartments at about 1:45 p.m. Thursday afternoon, police said. He passed the girl, turned around and stopped about 20 feet from her, motioning for her to approach, police said.

He asked her a question before leaving on Kelly Drivers Lane towards Blackwood-Clementon Road, police said.

The car is described as an older model white, cream, or silver colored minivan (family style). There was a young juvenile girl in the front passenger's seat of the van. The man is described as a Black man in his late 20s or early 30s with a thin build and short/cropped dark hair. He was clean-shaven and wearing a black shirt.
