These Candidates Are Running For School Board In Gloucester Twp.

Seven candidates are running for Gloucester Township K-8 school board, and three candidates are running for Black Horse Pike Regional seats.

GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ — Seven candidates will pursue three open seats on the Gloucester Township K-8 Board of Education in November’s elections, according to the Camden County Clerk’s Office. Three members of the Black Horse Pike Regional Board of Education will run unchallenged.

Gloucester Township K-8 Board of Education President Mary Jo Dintino and Board Member Mary Ann Johnson filed petitions to run in this year’s elections by Monday’s 4 p.m. deadline.

Johnson is running under the slogan “Independent, Honest and Trustworthy.”

Dintino is running on a slate with Eleanor “Patti” Senner and Jose Fontanez under the slogan, “Building Brighter Futures.”

Joanne Rossell is running under the slogan, “Better Stronger Together.”

Linda K. Gilch and Ellen Reese filed petitions to run without a slogan.

Joyce Ellis, Kaitlyn Hutchison and Kevin Bucceroni will all run for re-election to the Black Horse Pike Regional Board of Education unopposed.

Both lists remain unofficial, pending certification by the county clerk. Election Day is Nov. 3.
