Timber Creek High School Football Team Wins; Highland and Triton Fall

Timber Creek downed Clearview, 34-6, this weekend.

Cameron Chambers ran for three touchdowns in the Timber Creek High School football team’s 34-6 win over Clearview Friday night, according to nj.com.

Tavian Martin put Timber Creek on the board first with a rushing touchdown in the first quarter. Clearview responded with a rushing touchdown of its own, but the PAT failed and Timber Creek never looked back.

Timber Creek improved to 4-2 with the win.

Ryan McNamee had a touchdown in the air and on the ground, but the Triton High School football team dropped a 62-14 decision to Paul VI Friday night.

McNamee’s rushing touchdown came from 1 yard out in the second quarter. He connected with Steve Roche on a 61-yard pass for a score in the third quarter.

Triton fell to 1-5.

The Highland High School football team fell a game below .500 with a 48-20 loss at the hands of Camden Catholic on Friday, according to nj.com.

Highland fell to 3-4, and things don’t look to get any easier when it hosts Pennsville (5-1) Friday night, 7 p.m.
