Trunk Or Treat In Gloucester Township Oct. 26
"Trunk or Treat" is when trick-or-treating is done from parked car to parked car at Veterans Park

GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ — It's Halloween, which means it's Trunk or Treat time! This year's Trunk or Treat is set for Friday, Oct. 26, 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Veterans Park. The rain date is Oct. 28.
“Trunk or Treat” is when trick-or-treating is done from parked car to parked car. Parents can keep a more watchful eye on their children, while colorfully decorating their trunks for the occasion.
There will be a prize for the best decorated trunk. Trunks can be decorated individually or in collaboration with another family. Battery operated lights are suggested because electricity will not be available on site.
There will also be hayrides and games. A DJ will play music, and hot chocolate will be provided.

Cars must supply their own candy, and there must be enough so that everyone receives a treat. Officials recommend one piece of candy per child. The township will provide additional candy for anyone who runs out.
Children of registered cars enter the Trunk or Treat course first. Volunteers will be there to assist participants. All cars participating in the event must be in the lot prior to 6:30 p.m.
