Twerking Porch Pirates In Gloucester Twp. Return With Stolen Item: Police

The victim uploaded footage of the theft online. One of the suspects returned, displayed the posted for the camera and said 'come on dude.'

GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ — A twerking porch pirate and his assailant returned to a Gloucester Township home after discovering that the victim shared footage of the theft on the Neighbors app.

The suspects also returned one of the items they stole, which was broken, police said.

Police shared footage Thursday of the theft and the suspects returning to the scene of the crime in an effort to identify them. (Watch the video below.)

The duo targeted an Independence Square Townhome in Sicklerville — behind Lowe's and Target — police said.

They approached the victim's home at 6:36 p.m. Monday. "Suspect 1" grabbed an Amazon package on the front porch that contained four glasses and baby items worth a total of $74, police said. Meanwhile, "Suspect 2" shook his rear end toward the house before both ran off.

The victim then shared a video of the incident on Ring's Neighbors app.

Both suspects returned at 7:02 p.m. Wednesday. Suspect 1 stayed across the street, while Suspect 2 approached the victim's Ring camera.

Suspect 2 held up his phone for the camera, displayed the Neighbors app and said, "Come on dude, not cool bro. Come on, not cool. That's my a** on the internet."

He ran across the street again before returning 8 minutes later to return one of the stolen glasses, which was broken.

"I meant to give this back," Suspect 2 says, before fleeing the area again.
