A Grand Jury handed up the 17-count indictment Wednesday.

An investigation determined that Bruce arrived at a home on the 1800 block of Sixth Street in Camden after 1:30 a.m. on Feb. 17 with a shotgun. Bruce’s possession of the weapon didn’t alarm those in the home because he always carried it, investigators said in February.

However, he allegedly shot 21-year-old Marvin McClinton in the face on the second story of the Camden home around 4:30 a.m. As a result of being shot, McClinton allegedly fell down the steps. He was dead at the foot of the steps by the time police arrived.

Bruce then allegedly pointed his gun at another person in the home and shot twice. The person was standing on the first floor, and although the shots tore holes in the person’s sweatshirt, the person was not injured.

Faulker allegedly conspired with Bruce in McClinton’s killing, and is accused of firing a handgun at the witness.

Following the incident, Bruce, Faulkner and a third person allegedly went to Atlantic City and rented a motel room.

Bruce and Faulkner then allegedly told the third person about the shooting, threatened him not to tell anyone and prevented him from leaving the room.

One Bruce and Faulkner fell asleep, the third person escaped.

Later that day, Bruce and Faulkner returned to Camden, where they were arrested by Camden County Police.

At the time, Bruce was allegedly found to be in possession of a handgun.
