YMCA of Burlington and Camden Counties Announces Executive Promotions
Key staff members promoted to executive positions at the YMCA of Burlington and Camden Counties
Tim Kerrihard, President and CEO, YMCA of Burlington and Camden Counties, has announced executive promotions of key staff members at the Y: Linda Davis to Executive Director of Operations; Jennifer Segelken to Vice President of Strategic Advancement; and Danielle Wiest to Executive Director of Child Care and Camp.
“Congratulations to these incredible cause-driven leaders on their well-deserved promotions to the executive leadership team where they will further their efforts to strengthen the community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility,” said Kerrihard. "We’re fortunate to have such incredible talent within our organization.”
Linda Davis, of Mount Laurel, is Executive Director of Membership and Aquatics where she will oversee Membership, Aquatics, Wellness and Youth programs. A Y employee for 18 years, Davis most recently served as Associate Executive Director of Aquatics where she developed the Y’s aquatic programs.

Jennifer Segelken, of Marlton, is Vice President of Strategic Advancement where she will oversee development efforts of the Y, while also taking on direct accountability for a number of the Y’s grant-funded initiatives, including the Women’s Opportunity Center (WOC); Realizing Educational And Career Hopes (REACH); Watershed Education by Bike (WEB); Soccer for Success®; and Safe Places to Play (City of Camden Parks). Segelken will also provide senior leadership to the Y’s Civic Engagement programs. Previously, she served as Director of Development.
Danielle Wiest, of Cherry Hill, is Executive Director of Child Care and Camp, where she is responsible for 50 School Age Child Care, Early Child Care and Camp programs throughout Burlington and Camden Counties. A Y employee since 2008, Wiest has demonstrated exceptional leadership throughout her tenure. In 2015 alone, Wiest led her team in obtaining the highly-recognized American Camp Accreditation for all YMCA full-day camps. Wiest has also provided leadership to the Y’s Child Abuse Prevention initiatives providing training and resources to YMCA staff and community members.
