Zoning Board Approves Preliminary Plan For Rehab Center In Gloucester Township
The unanimous vote was taken as a result of a court order, the Courier Post reports.

Gloucester Township, NJ -- The Gloucester Township Zoning Board unanimously approved a preliminary site plan for a controversial rehab facility in a court-ordered vote during its meeting Wednesday night, the Courier Post reports.
The initial phase for the 317-bed facility on Peter Cheeseman Road across from Camden County College calls for 125 beds, clinical and therapy rooms, a kitchen and a dining area, according to the report.
Recovery Centers of America argues this is a permitted use for the site, but some residents are concerned about the impacts on safety and property values.
