49 Heroin Folds, Needles Found In Hackettstown Home: Police
Two men were arrested at the home, police said.

HACKETTSTOWN, NJ— Hackettstown Police found 46 wax folds of heroin and five hypodermic syringes in a township home while serving an active warrant, police said.
Police were serving a criminal warrant for possession of a hypodermic needle to Ian Rossi, 20, when they found the drugs: 49 wax folds with heroin in them, and several empty folds that police suspect had heroin in them. There were also five hypodermic syringes.
Justin Vandermark, 22, of Hackettstown, was also in the home at the time. Police say Vandermark was at the home for a marijuana delivery.

Officers found one wax fold containing suspected heroin, a sandwich bag containing suspected marijuana and a brownish glass pipe containing suspected burnt marijuana on Vandermark, who was allegedly high on heroin at the time.
Rossi was charged with possession of heroin, possession of hypodermic needles, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is being held at the Warren County Correctional Facility.

Vandermark was charged with possession of heroin, distribution of marijuana, possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, under the influence of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released pending a court appearance.
