$4K Raised By Hackettstown Police For Cancer Research
The Hackettstown and Mansfield Police Officers raised over $4,000 during their "Beards In Blue" fundraiser.

HACKETTSTOWN, NJ — Hackettstown and Mansfield Police Departments raised over $4,000 for cancer research through their "Beards in Blue" fundraiser this November.
Officers in both departments grew facial hair in support of the Joan Knechel Cancer Center at Hackettstown Medical Center. They raised $4,040.
"Our anti-shave campaign was meant to raise cancer awareness and encourage people to live healthy lives and get regular medical checkups. Cancer research and treatments are very costly, and we wanted to lend as much help as possible to those who are fighting for a cure," Hackettstown Sgt. Darren Tynan wrote.
