5K Set to Benefit Centenary College Runners

If you’re looking to help runners, it’s time to strap on the sneakers yourself.

Registration for the Centenary College 5K to help support the school’s cross country team is now underway.

The race will take off April 18 at 6 p.m. in Riverfront Park on Seber Road. The 3.1-mile event goes along the Musconetcong River on a mostly flat course of pavement and fine gravel.

Parking for the event will be available at the Riverfront Parking Lot.

Admission for the event is $15 for participants prior to April 16; $20 from April 16 to race day; and $5 for Centenary students.

All proceeds from the event benefit the Centenary College Cross Country team.
