Police found the suspect, Harry R. Muller, of Long Valley, who had rolled his bathing suit up to the seam of his right leg, shortening the length of the bathing suit and exposing his penis, officials said.

Witnesses told police that Muller had also "made lewd gestures" with a child's bathing suit in the pool's bathroom.

Muller was arrested and charged with lewdness and disorderly conduct. He was later released pending a court appearance.
