NJ Motorcyclist Killed In Fiery Crash, Police Say

WARREN COUNTY, NJ — A Warren County motorcyclist is dead following a fiery crash in Pennsylvania, according to police.

On Sunday, around 7 p.m., Pennsylvania State Police were called to Route 611 in Williams Township, Northampton County, on reports of a crash.

Nathan D. Giamoni, 48, of Phillipsburg, was headed south on a 2014 Harley-Davidson Low Rider while a 2024 Volvo XC60 was traveling north, police said.

Authorities said Giamoni lost control of the bike "for unknown reasons" and was ejected.

After Giamoni was thrown from the Harley, it continued into the northbound lane, where it slammed into the Volvo, the crash report reads.

Both the Harley and the Volvo burst into flames before coming to a stop, it adds.

Giamoni suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead by the county coroner's office.

The driver of the Volvo, an East Bangor woman, was rushed to a nearby hospital for unspecified injuries. Her condition was not immediately available.

State police are investigating the crash.
