• Hackettstown Honors Gold Star Families At Stone Dedication (patch.com) — Hackettstown residents gathered at American Legion Auxiliary Unit 164 as a new stone dedication honored Gold Star Mothers and Families who lost loved ones in active-duty military service. Mayor Jerry DiMaio and local veterans' leaders spoke about sacrifice, remembrance, and the community's gratitude, while the town publicly thanked those who helped create the tribute.
   

• Library Commission Recaps Busy Summer After Some Students Return to School Early (ridgeviewecho.com) — Warren County Library leaders reviewed a strong summer, new tech like Tonies, and facility upgrades, while also discussing policies affecting Friends group events. For Hackettstown residents, staff will now appear monthly on WRNJ Radio alongside Hackettstown Library Director Jerry Galante, sharing updates on programs, services, and ways families can use the library at home and in-branch.
