Child Porn, Stalking Charges For Warren County Man
The Washington (Warren) man allegedly used Facebook to stalk underage girls.

WASHINGTON, WARREN, NJ— A Washington (Warren) man was indicted on Tuesday on multiple child pornography and child stalking charges, Acting U.S. Attorney William E. Fitzpatrick announced in a statement.
Brandon McIntyre, 24, allegedly used Facebook to ask underage girls to send nude images and to solicit sex. In August 2013, McIntyre sent an underage girl pictures of his genitals, threatening her until she reciprocated. In March 2014, McIntyre posed as a girl, urging a different underage girl to go on trips with him, threatening to kill the girl's boyfriend and family, Fitzpatrick said.
He faces two counts of production of child pornography, one count of online enticement of a minor to engage in criminal sexual conduct, two counts of interstate extortionate threat, and one count of stalking.

McIntyre was previously indicted on one charge each of production of child pornography and stalking.
If convicted, he faces up to life in prison and a potential $250,000 fine.
