Cyclone Wrestler Among Nation's Most Dominant
Chris Burdge is a two-time All-American at 157 pounds at Centenary College.

Centenary Cyclone wrestler Chris Burdge is a dominant leader on the mat. And it’s not just his teammates and coaches that think so–he’s receiving national attention for it.
Burdge, a junior at the school and two-time All-American at 157 lbs. has made it to the second round of standings for the NCAA’s 2013 Most Dominant Wrestler Awards, according to the college’s athletic department.
The Kittatinny alumnus was named as the 10th ranked Most Dominant Leader in Division III wrestling based on a coaches’ poll, which examines individual points on a scale. Burdge is currently averaging 4.4375 points on the scale used, which adds the total number of points awarded through match results and dividing that number by the total number of matches wrestled, the college said.
