'Dracula' Named Best Scarecrow in Hackettstown
Leo's Lunch wins contest, chance to win $100 in BID bucks continues through Friday.

"Dracula" presented by Leo's Lunch was named the winner of the Hackettstown Business Improvement District's first Scarecrow Contest.
Aschoff Chiropractic's "The Invisible Man" was named honorable mention in the contest that featured 10 township businesses.
The scarecrows will remain on display at the 10 participating through Friday, Nov. 15. Check out each of the scarecrows, pick up a game piece at that business and once you have collected all of the pieces, return them to the HBID office for a chance to win $100 in BID bucks.
The "peoples choice" vote also runs through Friday.
