Drug Dealing Duo Nabbed In North Jersey, Cops Say

The pair faces up to 20 years in prison for their role in heroin distribution, police said.

WARREN COUNTY, NJ — Two people have been arrested for selling drugs in Warren County, according to prosecutors.

Alicia M. Todd, 29, and Jamie L. Tompkins, 47, both of Washington Township, were arrested last month for their roles in drug distribution.

According to police, the pair was conspiring with each other to sell heroin throughout the area.

On Jan. 14, police executed a search warrant at their residence on the 100 block of Bowerstown Road. Authorities found drugs and signs of distribution and identified the two as suspects of an ongoing narcotics investigation.

Both Todd and Tompkins were charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS), possession of a CDS with intent to distribute, distribution of a CDS, and Conspiracy to distribute a CDS.

If convicted, they each face up to 20 years in prison.
