Elderly Pair Killed In Allamuchy House Fire, Reports Say
Police have not yet released the identities of the man and woman killed in the fire.
ALLAMUCHY, NJ — An elderly man and women were killed in a house fire in Allamuchy, Mayor Mayor Keith De Tombeur told the Daily Record.
The pair was killed in their Mallard Drive home early Wednesday morning. The fire broke out around 4 a.m., and wasn't put out by 7 a.m., police told nj.com.
Tombeur reportedly said the man was found near his bed, and the woman was found near a door, apparently trying to leave the house.
