This education program is for anyone newly diagnosed with diabetes or who has never received educational information and instruction on living with diabetes.
Certified Diabetes Educator Donna Kendrick, RN and Rita Ryan, RD will teach this three-part series program. Topics include living productive and healthy lives, using a self-management approach. Participants need to have a referral from their physician and must attend all sessions.
