
HACKETTSTOWN, NJ — A Hackettstown man was saved by Narcan in Mount Olive on Sunday, Mt. Olive police said.
The 38-year-old man was found face down and barely breathing in a Mount Olive apartment, police said. He was given oxygen and Narcan by police; paramedics administered a second dose of Narcan. He was taken to a nearby hospital
"People who are suffering from opioid addiction or families dealing with this opioid epidemic please contact CARES, Center for Addiction Recovery Education & Success at www.caresnj.org for support, or stop by Mount Olive Police Department for a packet of information," officers said.
