Hackettstown Medical Center - Community Grant Opportunities
The Hospital's Community Advisory Board is seeking proposals to address the community's most pressing health related issues
To support its commitment of building healthier communities, the Community Advisory Board of Hackettstown Medical Center and Atlantic Health System are seeking proposals for grant funding from organizations who are working on projects that focus on the health-related needs of the communities the hospital serves.
In the most recent Community Needs Assessment performed by the North Jersey Health Collaborative in partnership with Hackettstown Medical Center and Atlantic Health System, the following priorities were identified in Warren County:

- Substance Abuse
- Chronic Disease (diabetes, smoking, cancer)
- Violence
- Mental Health
