ORDINANCE NO. 2020-07 AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF HACKETTSTOWN TO PROVIDE FOR THE COLLECTION OF DEVELOPMENT FEES IN SUPPORT OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING AS PERMITTED BY THE NEW JERSEY FAIR HOUSING ACT.

This Ordinance implements the collection of development fees from residential and non-residential development in relation to the Town’s Court-Approved Spending Plan for the establishment, implementation, review, monitoring, and enforcement of the municipal affordable housing trust funds. Said Ordinance will be considered for hearing and final passage at a meeting of the Town Council and Mayor to held via remote access on June 25, 2020 at 7:00P.M. A copy of the entire Ordinance may be accessed on the Town’s website: www.hackettstown.net or from obtaining a copy from the Municipal Clerk at the Town Municipal Building located at 215 W. Stiger Street, Hackettstown, NJ during business hours up to and including the time when the Town Council and Mayor shall further consider this ordinance for final passage.
