Hackettstown Pair Caught With Heroin in Walmart Parking Lot, Police Say
Thomas Donnelly, 26, and Carli Klocinski, 26, face multiple drug charges following Friday morning arrest in Budd Lake.

Two Hackettstown residents were found with heroin and drug paraphernalia Friday morning in the Walmart parking lot in Budd Lake, Mount Olive Police said.
Thomas Donnelly, 26, was charged with possession of a syringe, possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle and driving while suspended.
Carli Klocinski, 26, was charged with possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a syringe, under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of a prescription legend drug.
According to a Mount Olive police report, an officer saw Klocinski "acting suspiciously" in the parking lot on International Drive South at about 10:55 a.m. Friday.
Klocinski got into a car, which was being driven by Donnelly, and the officer conducted a motor vehicle stop. The officer was given consent to search the vehicle and found suspected heroin and drug paraphernalia, the report said.
The two were arrested and later released on their own recognizance.
