According to Hackettstown Police, all of Hackettstown's schools will be open and running normal bell schedules on Monday, Nov. 5.
The entire district was shut down from Monday through Friday, Oct. 29 to Nov. 2 due to the impact of Hurricane Sandy.

As of noon on Sunday, some 1,865 residences were still in the dark, according to Jersey Central Power & Light's outage map.
