Hackettstown Store Sold Tobacco To Minors: Police
The cashier who sold them was charged.

HACKETTSTOWN, NJ — A Hackettstown convenience store sold cigarettes to minors, Hackettstown police said.
On Feb. 22, a police officer saw an Express Mart employee sell tobacco to two young looking males, police said. The employee did not ask the boys for identification before selling them Eonsmoke Vape Pods and Cigarillos, police said.
The boys were 16- and 17-years-old, police said. The cashier was charged with two counts of selling tobacco to minors, and was released with an upcoming court date.
