Halloween Curfew Back For 2017 In Hackettstown

HACKETTSTOWN, NJ — Make sure to avoid any tricks this year by knowing when Hackettstown's Halloween curfew is in effect.

Between Oct. Oct. 29 and Oct. 31, juveniles cannot be out in public between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m., unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

There are exceptions for if the juvenile is going to or from work, going to religious services, school activities, other community events, or has a medical emergency.

Those caught breaking curfew, including parents, could face up to a $1,000 fine and 90 days of community service.
