Heroin, Crack Found Inside Boot During Traffic Stop: Hackettstown Police
In addition to the drugs, the man also allegedly hid a glass pipe in his boot.

HACKETTSTOWN, NJ— Hackettstown Police discovered multiple types of drugs and a glass smoking pipe inside a man's shoe during a traffic stop, police said in a statement.
After pulling a car over on Route 57 for a moving violations early morning on Wednesday, officers recognized the passenger, 21-year-old Shale Ultimo of Mansfield, who was wanted by the Warren County Sheriff's office.
During the investigation, officers said they found four containers of cocaine, ten wax folds of heroin and a glass smoking pipe with cocaine residue hidden inside Ultimo's boot.

The driver, 27-year-old Richard Sabatino of Hackettstown, allegedly had two small containers of cocaine, police said.
It was also discovered that Ultimo was wanted for questioning in connection to a credit card incident. Police said that Ultimo allegedly used a found credit card to buy $267 worth of products at a local vape store.

Ultimo was charged with possession of cocaine, possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia and fraudulent use of a credit card. He was turned over to the Warren County Sheriff's Office.
Sabatino was charged with possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia and tinted windows; he was released pending a court appearance.
