Horn-Wielding Drunk Man Starts Commotion At NJ Brewery, Cops Say

WARREN COUNTY, NJ — A man has been arrested for starting commotion with a horn while intoxicated at a Warren County brewery, police say.

On Sunday, around 5:15 p.m., police were called to Czig Meister Brewing in Hackettstown on reports of a man refusing to leave the establishment.

Authorities learned that Marco Manteiro, 49, of Washington Township, was cut off from being served by bartenders and became disorderly, officials say.

Manteiro refused to leave the brewery and began blowing a horn into the faces of employees while using profanity, police say. Officials did not specify what kind of horn Manteiro was allegedly using.

When police tried to remove Manteiro from the brewery, he refused, and eventually began resisting arrest, authorities said.

Officers were eventually able to cuff Manteiro, and he was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Manteiro was later released pending a court appearance.
