Man, 61, Attacked By Bull In New Jersey: Cops
A 61-year-old man was attacked by a bull in New Jersey, police said.
A 61-year-old man was attacked by a bull in New Jersey on Tuesday, police said. At 7:50 p.m. the Hackettstown Police Department and the Hackettstown Rescue Squad responded to the Hackettstown Livestock Auction Market at 225 West Stiger St. on a report that a man suffered a head injury and was unconscious, police said.
When officers arrived on scene, the officers observed the male lying on the ground and conscious.
Through an investigation it was determined that a 61-year-old man from Bangor, Pennsylvania, was attempting to load a 1,200-pound bull into a trailer when the bull got spooked and knocked him into a wood post, police said.

The male suffered a laceration on his forehead, police said. The man was not identified.
The man was transported to Hackettstown Medical Center, where he was then airlifted by Atlantic Air 1 to Morristown Medical Center.

As of Wednesday morning, the victim had been discharged from Morristown Medical Center.
