Man Wanted for Grand Theft Auto Arrested in Hackettstown

NY resident awaits extradition to Florida for allegedly stealing a car.

A New York man wanted for grand theft auto was arrested following a motor vehicle stop in Hackettstown Thursday, police said.

Stephen Falco, 30, of Miller Place, N.Y., was charged with being a fugitive from justice and was lodged in the Warren County Correctional Facility. Falco is awaiting extradition on third-degree grand theft auto charges in South Tampa, Fla., Sgt. Darren Tynan said.
