Stanhope Man Charged With Lewdness: Hackettstown Police

HACKETTSTOWN, NJ - A 52-year-old Stanhope man was arrested and charged withg lewdness and disorderly conduct stemming from events that took place on Halloween this year, authorities said.

Jason Hartman allegedly exposed himself behind the Shoppes of Hackettstown, 229-235 Main Street, between 8 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Halloween night, police said. The investigation produced video and garnered tips from the public.
