Municipal Budget Meeting Moved to Early March

Town cancels first two dates, settles on March 2.

The Hackettstown Mayor and Council have established a new date and time for its first budget meeting of the year, after cancelling two previously scheduled events.

Town administrator Bill Kuster said the first meeting of the budget planning process will be held Saturday, March 2 at 9 a.m. at the municipal building.

The first meeting was originally scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 2, and then cancelled. A second meeting was then set for Saturday, Feb. 9, and was changed in lieu of the March date.

The meeting is open to the public and residents are encouraged to attend.
