The Warren County Prosecutor’s Office alleges Williams committed multiple acts of sexual penetration, specifically digital penetration, on a child under 13, and then continued the acts after the child was at least 13 but not yet 16, Burke said.
The victim was known to Williams, Burke said, but would not elaborate on the relationship.

Williams was lodged in Warren County Correctional Facility on $250,000 bail with no 10 percent option. He also can’t have contact with the victim, the victim’s family, or anyone under the age of 18.
The aggravated sexual assault on a person under 13 is punishable by life imprisonment, Burke said. The aggravated sexual assault on a victim between 13 and 16 is punishable by up to 20 years in prison; sexual assault punishable by up to 10 years in prison; and endangering the welfare of a child is punishable by up to five years in prison.
